Refund and Returns Policy – Iden-Teki Automotive

Returns Process – Unwanted Items:

You are entitle to exchange or return an item if it is unwanted or you merely change your mind. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. The method of contact should be via email to contact@iden-teki.com

You will need to return the item to us within 28 days of informing us that you wish to return or exchange the item/s.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. We will inspect each item to verify condition is as new and compare to dispatch photography. If the item is found to be in a condition that is not new, showing defects or otherwise, we may charge a re-stocking fee or dispute the return.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and we strongly recommend that you consider to use a tracked and/or signed so you can verify delivery.

Following receipt of your item/s and confirmation of like new condition, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Returns Process – Damaged or Defective Items:

Should any items arrive with you damaged or with defects, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. It is helpful to provide as much evidence of damage or defects as possible including written details and photos. For damage that occurs in transit, your provided evidence will help us to make the relevant claim against the courier and thus contribute to improving courier/delivery standards.

We will treat any damaged and/or defective items with priority and replace these as soon as possible for you to minimise disruption.
